In the above video of an official Forest Park City Hall meeting, the disgraced Mayor Angelyne Butler, is confronted by newest councilmember Delores A. Gunn about the choice of words the mayor used in an official government veto. While crafting the official government veto, the mayor, took her time and created sentences that began with the letters that spelled out "FUCK YOU." This is not shocking to me. I have dealt with the Mayor's disdain and retaliatory acts for years. She's juvenile and unfit for any public job much less being the head of a city. If you continue watching the trainwreck above she credits herself alone in any positive change in Forest Park in a century! Listen to her words! When someone tells you who they are, Listen! I have been ignored by the Forest Park Government including the Forest Park Police Department. But, at the same time have had countless retaliatory attacks from several FPPD officers, namely Officer Anfernee Morgan and most recently kidnapper Officer Brittney Sparks. My Civil Rights trampled on many occasions over the years in Forest Park, Ga. Many of these I believe to be caused, condoned, and ignored by the Mayor Angelyne Butler and the Chief of Police, Brandon Criss.
While Ward 2 Gunn is rightly upset, Ward 1 James is extending "grace" to the disgraced mayor!?! Why?
Here I go to complain about the repeated Civil Rights violations by FPPD. The mayor clearly violates my Civil Rights. There was no outcry from anyone except myself. The mayor went unchecked and remains so to this day. Names are said regularly during public comment portion of the city council meeting. The community and council has heard me for years say the same things. Now they see the mayor as she is. She was caught being beyond ugly, beyond petty in an official government veto. All she does is double down. That is the Mayor of Forest Park that the council and citizens continue to stand behind.
Here I go to complain about the repeated Civil Rights violations by FPPD. The city manager clearly violates my Civil Rights. There was no outcry from anyone except myself. He also went unchecked and remains so to this day. He's saying clearly not to use my 1st amendment rights in the city council meetings and instead do it behind closed doors where they can control the narrative and ignore concerns completely as they have done MANY times in the past.
Here I go to complain about the repeated Civil Rights violations by FPPD. The mayor and council regularly ignore me while I speak publicly. Which is actually against the rules they say they follow. The city of Forest Park government is a disgrace.
Here is Officer Brittney Sparks, who even previously to this specific Civil Rights Violation had arrested a woman for breathing a 0.00 BAC. Arrested the woman, took her to jail, and seemingly didn't just drop the charges when the error was known. Here her and Anfernee Morgan enjoy a laugh as I talk about my frustration over lack of action on Anfernee Morgan spotlighting my home on 4 different occasions in the dark. But then Sparks' demeaner instantly changes from one of glee over my frustration at my Civil Rights being violated, to one of disdain at me exercising those very Civil Rights. So she goes ahead and violates my Civil Rights and does so TIMES 5 AND IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS!
After making up a rule and violating my Civil Rights, I set the council straight on a few of the rules they continually break.
At this point there are more than 4 cruisers actively shadowing my movements. 7 have showed themselves in less than 45 minutes. As I go away from the park they continue to do so and after I realized the one that almost hit me in the crosswalk, #10 has turned around and is now ahead of me I felt what was coming. I never turned my head back around after heading for the park again, but I could just feel #10 headed for me. I literally ran for my life because these clowns want to put their hands on me at all costs! Following me back to the park, on a cell phone, surely with a supervisor, just begging to be allowed to "teach me a lesson." The day after this, ALL POLICE OFFICER'S INVOLVED HAD THEIR CRUISERS SWITCHED OUT. This I believe was yet another systemic violation of transparency so that officers were less likely to be held accountable even though they aren't to begin with. This was just another way to "muddy the waters."
I've spoken out openly in criticism of council members and the mayor since 2018. I've been labeled a white supremist and a racist within my own community and outside of it, due to my fair criticism of actions and character of several council members and the mayor specifically. The now disgraced councilman who resigned recently was a target of my criticism and my fair criticisms of him "earned" me my first label.
Officer Anfernee Morgan unlawfully demanded my ID after I expressed frustration about lack of police assistance. He improperly detained me under false pretense, documented on video.
Here is Officer Anfernee Morgan. He seems a deeply troubled individual. This is the 3rd time in 3 days that he has spotlighted my home in darkness. This time is unique in that he got out of his vehicle, and walked right up to my property. Boldy letting me know, he's going to do whatever he wants to me, even with all these cameras watching. Purposefully flashing his beams onto them. This is business as usual with Forest Park Police Harassing it's citizens. He also sat in front of my home on at least 4 different mornings directly after I complained to a Captain Delk.
I emailed disgraced mayor Angelyne Butler about the FPPD intimidation. She ignored the email for 3 weeks. She only responded AFTER I had spoken about her ignorance to a council member. In my email I expressed my concern about police being thrown in my direction for showing up at a public meeting. She feigned ignorance and concern. Meanwhile her, other members of the government, and citizens hijacked a community potluck in order to get me at a table and explain that I, my feelings, nor my concerns mattered in Clayton County and certainly not in the City of Forest Park. A resident, Anne Pelligrine and her husband Cliff, who has run for city council before were the main hijackers of the event. The main event organizer, Robin Kemp, jumped ship. At the event, once the main public left and only the organizers were left I was sat at a table with the mayor, city manager, a councilwoman, and 3 or 4 citizens of Forest Park. Anne explains that as a result of the racist history of Clayton County, and Forest Park in particular, any concerns I may have, do not matter in Forest Park. I was told my fears about the police were ridiculous and amounted to nothing of concern for anyone but myself. True Story. But they were right. No one here in Forest Park, Ga does care.
As I went looking for answers at a City Council meeting, I was directed toward the city manager. I did speak with the city manager by phone but she could not articulate why the ticket was closed even after she said she had spoken with the code enforcement officials. I called her repeatedly because at the time, even though the tenants had moved, the sewage was still an issue. She began ignoring my calls and not returning them. So one Thursday I called. Thursday is when they had a official elected board of "community members" that oversaw the redevelopment of downtown. I was the only citizen there that day because it was a "special called" meeting. I called to speak to the city manager, and when I was told she was not there I asked if there was a board meeting that night. I was told there was a special called meeting. So, I knew that the city manager was on that board and should be there. So I choose to go to ask her about my issue that was unresolved. I had been to one of those meetings before. Maybe 2. I knew there was never a police officer at those meetings. Nevertheless I did not carry any weapons on me as I was going simply to ask a question. However, either the city manager, Angela Redding, or board member, Naeem Thobhani, called for a police officer to be there to intimidate me. This is a clear violation of my civil rights as I was the only citizen there in attendance this was targeted behavior at ME. I believe that board was eventually dissolved by the mayor so she could create a new board and appoint her own people to that new board. As Angela Redding, then city manager in red, walks by you can hear members of the board that has met for years saying "I have my pocket knife on me. I'm going to have to go to the truck I have my pocket knife. Another member says "We've never had to do this before." Near the end at the door is Naeem Thobhani who looks disappointed I made it through the checkpoint and he gets on his phone and walks out the door. To call more police perhaps?
In 2016, shortly after moving into my home after the passing of my grandfather, a chair was stolen from my yard by the neighbors. Police were called and eventually the landlord of the home next to mine, Naeem Thobhani, came to act as interpreter. The chair was found eventually inside the neighbors home. No charges, I just wanted my chair back. I went to introduce myself to Naeem Thobhani and he was a complete and utter jack-ass. I was nice throughout the interaction and he was a complete brat for no reason.
Eventually new neighbors arrived. However, after a few months (September, 2017) they had sewage issues, which led to sewage seeping onto my property. Issues that were never addressed after a code enforcement ticket was submitted by me. As a result they had a news story done on their issues and the landlord neglect.

They were evicted anyway. The code enforcement ticket was closed and never addressed appropriately. The sewage did stop after the house was vacant for awhile. The house has remained vacant since that time, in early 2018.
