In the video of an official Forest Park City Hall meeting, Mayor Angelyne Butler is confronted by Councilmember Delores A. Gunn about the wording she used in an official government veto. While drafting that veto, the Mayor deliberately began sentences so that the first letters spelled out: “FUCK YOU.” This was not a slip. It was crafted, line by line, as part of an official government document. Sadly, this does not shock me. I’ve experienced Mayor Angelyne Butler’s disdain and retaliation for years. To me, this is just another sign of her juvenile, unprofessional, and unfit behavior for someone holding the highest office in our city. If you continue watching the meeting, you’ll hear her go further — crediting herself alone for any positive change in Forest Park in a century. Her words speak volumes. As the saying goes: “When someone tells you who they are — listen.” I have been ignored for years by the Forest Park government and the Forest Park police department. At the same time, I’ve endured retaliatory actions from officers including Officer Anfernee Morgan and more recently Officer Brittney Sparks (whose wrongful DUI arrest of an innocent driver is well-documented and, in my view, amounted to a kidnapping). My civil rights have been trampled repeatedly. I believe many of these abuses have been caused, condoned, or at least ignored by Mayor Butler and Police Chief Brandon Criss. Yet the Mayor continues to get a “free pass” from the media and often from her council colleagues. Even this veto stunt is being treated as if it were only about “two letters” — “FU.” In truth, she spelled out the entire phrase, seven sentences carefully constructed to read “FUCK YOU.” That is not leadership. Ward 1 gives the mayor "grace."

While Ward 2 Gunn is rightly upset, Ward 1 James is extending "grace" to the disgraced mayor!?! Why does she give the mayor a free pass? James also said in an email that the officers actions were not to be questioned, it was my treatment of the poor officers that should be looked at. Again, CERTAIN, folks have all these FREE PASSES? Where's my "FREE PASS?" On the other end of a spotlight?

Civil Rights Violations by Forest Park Government and FPPD

Mayor of Forest Park violates my Civil Rights openly and without consequences because she doesn't like WHITE PEOPLE and she knows Anfernee Morgan is guilty of Civil Rights violations, Harassment and stalking against me.

Here I go to complain about the repeated Civil Rights violations by the Forest Park Police Department. The mayor, Angelyne Butler, clearly violates my Civil Rights. There was no outcry from anyone except myself. The mayor went unchecked and remains so to this day. Names are said regularly during the public comment portion of the city council meeting, and the community has heard me for years express my concerns. Now they see the forest park mayor as she truly is. She was caught being beyond ugly and petty in an official government veto. All she does is double down. That is the Mayor of Forest Park that the council and citizens continue to stand behind. Anfernee Morgan has been allowed to go unchecked, and I believe he is batshit crazy. The son and grandson of ministers, I'm told, but he carries the most ungodly soul, save the mayor. This is the reality we face in Forest Park GA news.

Angelyne Butler and the city council regularly ignore me while I speak publicly, which is actually against the rules they say they follow. The lack of responsiveness during the Forest Park election season is especially troubling. The city of Forest Park government, including the forest park mayor, is a disgrace.

Forest Park City Manager tells me where to exercise my Federally Protected 1st Amendment Rights.

Here I go to complain about the repeated Civil Rights violations by the Forest Park Police Department (FPPD). The city manager, who has been a topic during the Forest Park election, clearly violates my Civil Rights. There was no outcry from anyone except myself regarding his actions. He has also gone unchecked and remains so to this day. He's clearly stating that I should not use my 1st amendment rights during city council meetings, but rather to express my concerns behind closed doors. This allows them to control the narrative and ignore the issues completely, as they have done many times in the past, as reported in Forest Park GA News.

FPPD Brittney Sparks and Anfernee Morgan

Here is Officer Brittney Sparks, who prior to this specific Civil Rights Violation had arrested a woman for a 0.00 BAC. She took the woman to jail and seemingly didn’t drop the charges once the error was known. In this moment, Sparks and Anfernee Morgan enjoy a laugh as I express my frustration over the lack of action regarding Anfernee Morgan spotlighting my home on four different occasions in the dark. But then, Sparks' demeanor instantly shifts from one of glee over my frustration regarding my Civil Rights being violated, to one of disdain for me exercising those very Civil Rights. Consequently, she goes ahead and violates my Civil Rights yet again, and does so TIMES 5 AND IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS! It appears she has a penchant for kidnapping citizens. Meanwhile, as the Forest Park election approaches, I can’t help but think about how the Forest Park Police Department should be held accountable. This situation certainly deserves coverage in Forest Park GA News, especially as we consider the next Forest Park mayor.

The City Council and Mayor violate my Civil Rights in meetings by making up rules but don't follow their own rules!

After making up a rule and violating my Civil Rights, I set the council straight on a few of the rules they continually break. Here you see the former city attorney, Michael Williams, squirming. He lied repeatedly about my ability to request and secure phone and text records from council members related to the Forest Park election. That email PDF is below. There are numerous violations and numerous lies told. They allowed the records that may exist to be deleted due to time/storage constraints because, for years, they said that a subpoena was required, which I knew was a lie from Michael Williams, the former city attorney. Finally, when I could request them, they said the records would cost $8,000 because I knew there was smoking gun evidence within those records. Michael Williams, after realizing I was going to call him a liar at every meeting and that the forest park mayor was guilty of arranging the potluck along with all the unjustified racism behind it, resigned a couple of months later. This situation has been a significant topic in the Forest Park GA News, especially concerning the Forest Park police department's role.

Another Officer High on Hate

At this point, there are more than 4 cruisers from the Forest Park Police Department actively shadowing my movements. In less than 45 minutes, 7 have showed themselves. As I move away from the park, they continue to follow, and after realizing that #10 almost hit me in the crosswalk, I felt what was coming. I never turned my head back around after heading for the park again, but I could just sense #10 was headed for me. I literally ran for my life because these clowns want to put their hands on me at all costs! Following me back to the park, likely on a cell phone with a supervisor, they seemed eager to be allowed to 'teach me a lesson.' The day after this incident, all police officers involved had their cruisers switched out. I believe this was yet another systemic violation of transparency, particularly relevant in light of the upcoming Forest Park election, making it less likely for officers to be held accountable, even though they typically aren't. This was just another way to 'muddy the waters' ahead of discussions about the Forest Park mayor and the ongoing concerns in Forest Park GA News.

Since 2018, I've openly criticized council members and the forest park mayor, which has led to me being labeled a white supremacist and a racist both within my community and beyond. My fair criticism of the actions and character of several council members, including the now disgraced councilman who recently resigned, was part of my engagement in the forest park election. These critiques, particularly regarding the forest park police department, earned me my first label.

Anfernee Morgan Illegal ID Demand & Detainment

Officer Anfernee Morgan unlawfully demanded my ID after I expressed frustration about the lack of police assistance in relation to issues surrounding the upcoming Forest Park election. He improperly detained me under false pretense, which is documented on video, raising concerns about the conduct of the Forest Park Police Department as well as the leadership of the Forest Park mayor.

Anfernee Morgan Spotlighting My Home #3

Here is Officer Anfernee Morgan. He seems like a deeply troubled individual. This is the third time in three days that he has spotlighted my home in darkness. This instance is unique in that he got out of his vehicle and walked right up to my property, boldly letting me know he's going to do whatever he wants to me, even with all these cameras watching. Purposefully flashing his beams onto them, this is business as usual with the Forest Park Police Department harassing its citizens. This behavior coincides with the ongoing discussions surrounding the Forest Park election and the need for change, especially with the upcoming Forest Park mayor race. Additionally, he also sat in front of my home on at least four different mornings directly after I complained to Captain Delk, highlighting the issues we face in Forest Park, GA, as reported in recent Forest Park GA News.

Ignored emails and Neighborhood Potluck Intimidation

I emailed disgraced Forest Park mayor Angelyne Butler about the intimidation from the Forest Park Police Department. She ignored my email for 3 weeks and only responded after I mentioned her ignorance to a council member. In my email, I expressed my concern about being targeted by the police for attending a public meeting. She feigned ignorance and concern. Meanwhile, she, along with other government members and some citizens, hijacked a community potluck to sit me down and explain that neither my feelings nor my concerns mattered in Clayton County or in Forest Park. A resident, Anne Pelligrine, and her husband Cliff, who has previously run for city council, were the main hijackers of the event. The main event organizer, Robin Kemp, distanced herself from the situation. At the event, once the main public left and only the organizers remained, I found myself at a table with the mayor, the city manager, a councilwoman, and three or four citizens of Forest Park. Anne stated that due to the racist history of Clayton County and Forest Park in particular, my concerns were irrelevant here. I was told that my fears regarding the police were ridiculous and were of no concern to anyone but myself. True story. But they were right; no one in Forest Park, GA truly cares.

Landlord Neglect, Code Enforcement Corruption, and Police Intimidation.

As I sought answers at a City Council meeting, I was directed toward the city manager, Angela Redding. I did manage to speak with her by phone, but she could not clarify why the ticket was closed, even after claiming she had consulted with the code enforcement officials. I repeatedly called her because, at that time, despite the tenants having moved, the sewage issue remained unresolved. Eventually, she began ignoring my calls and failing to return them. One Thursday, when the Forest Park mayor was set to attend a special called meeting with community members overseeing redevelopment, I called to speak to the city manager. When informed she was not present, I inquired about the board meeting that night. I was told it was indeed a special called meeting, so I decided to attend and address my unresolved issue with her. I had been to a couple of those meetings before, and I knew there was typically no police presence. Nonetheless, I did not carry any weapons, as I was merely there to ask a question. However, either Angela Redding or board member Naeem Thobhani requested the forest park police department to be present to intimidate me. This felt like a clear violation of my civil rights, as I was the only citizen in attendance, indicating targeted behavior toward me. I believe that board was ultimately dissolved by the mayor to establish a new board with her own appointees. As Angela Redding walked by, members of the board, who had been meeting for years, commented, 'I have my pocket knife on me. I'm going to have to go to the truck for my pocket knife,' while another said, 'We've never had to do this before.' Near the end, Naeem Thobhani appeared disappointed that I made it through the checkpoint, got on his phone, and walked out the door, possibly to call for more police.

Naeem Thobhani seems to be above the law in Forest Park.

In 2016, shortly after moving into my home following the passing of my grandfather, a chair was stolen from my yard by the neighbors. The police were called, and eventually, the landlord of the home next to mine, Naeem Thobhani, came to act as interpreter. The chair was eventually found inside the neighbors' home. No charges were filed; I just wanted my chair back. When I went to introduce myself to Naeem Thobhani, I found him to be quite rude. I remained polite throughout our interaction, but he acted like a complete brat for no reason.

Eventually, new neighbors arrived. However, after a few months (September 2017), they experienced sewage issues that led to sewage seeping onto my property. These issues were never addressed, even after I submitted a code enforcement ticket. As a result, they ended up having a news story done on their situation, which is similar to other issues reported in Forest Park GA News regarding landlord neglect and the Forest Park Police Department's involvement.

Ultimately, they were evicted. The code enforcement ticket was closed without proper resolution, but the sewage did stop after the house became vacant for a while. Since early 2018, that house has remained unoccupied. Meanwhile, conversations surrounding the Forest Park election and the role of the forest park mayor have continued among the community.

Here I am simply waiting to look at a house for rent in Forest Park. Turns out this individual, who caused all this trouble, lived in my neighborhood and knew that I lived there. She knew I was not a scammer but lied to the Forest Park police department and used them as a weapon against me. The police detained me for 10 minutes, even though they clearly understood they were being misled. They held me anyway for 5 more minutes! They never really let me go. I said I was leaving and left. There was no crime committed by anyone here except for the woman abusing emergency services and using the police as a weapon. Therefore, there could be no reasonable articulable suspicion against me. I requested bodycam footage so I could hear both police and citizen slander against me, but they, of course, said there was no bodycam. This incident could become significant in light of the upcoming Forest Park election and impact the current forest park mayor's reputation, especially as it relates to Forest Park GA news.

So here I ask him if he was going to carry out his threat since I was not on my e-bike. He pushes me away and then lets a female officer from the Forest Park Police Department handle his work for his cowardly behavior. Talking trash he won't fess up to with people around, just like most of the officers of the Forest Park Police Farce! It reminds me of the ongoing discussions surrounding the Forest Park election and the need for better leadership, perhaps even with a new forest park mayor like Angelyne Butler, who could bring about positive change in our community. This all ties into the broader issues we've been seeing in the Forest Park GA News.

He identifies the individual as Zack Parker. Then, you see him come to the realization that his actions may be recorded. However, he certainly didn't learn his lesson, as you will see below in the latest updates on the Forest Park GA News, particularly concerning the Forest Park mayor and the Forest Park police department.
