Here I go to complain about the repeated Civil Rights violations by FPPD. The mayor clearly violates my Civil Rights. There was no outcry from anyone except myself. The mayor went unchecked and remains so to this day. Names are said regularly during public comment portion of the city council meeting.

He also went unchecked and remains so to this day. He's saying clearly not to use my 1st amendment rights in the city council meetings and instead do it behind closed doors where they can control the narrative and ignore concerns completely as they have done MANY times in the past.
Here is Officer Anfernee Morgan. I had called about an incident and the responding officers made BOGUS excuses about why they were unable to help. After I expressed my frustration with the consistent lack of help from FPPD I was prompted for my ID by Anfernee Morgan, when I refused, it was demanded, because, I was told by Anfernee Morgan I was involved in an Investigation and he needed to know who I was. I said "OH, so we're talking obstruction?!?" I looked at the other officer who has a blank expression, as I turn back to Morgan he has the biggest smile on his face and corrects it, but too late, I give him the ID. He immediately turns and runs my ID, then looks like he is going to hand me the ID but he decides he's going to keep it and he puts it in his front shirt pocket, and there before your very eyes is about the 4th Civil Rights Violation on record in my law-abiding years living in Forest Park. It's hard to keep track of all the violations, so I'm documenting here.
Here is Officer Anfernee Morgan. This is the 3rd time in 3 days that he has spotlighted my home in darkness. This time is unique in that he got out of his vehicle, and walked right up to my property. Boldy letting me know, he's going to do whatever he wants to me, even with all these cameras watching. This is business as usual with Forest Park Police Harassing it's citizens.
Here is Officer Brittney Sparks, who even previously to this specific Civil Rights Violation had arrested a woman for breathing a 0.00 BAC. Arrested the woman, took her to jail, and seemingly didn't just drop the charges when the error was known. Here her and Anfernee Morgan enjoy a laugh as I talk about my frustration over lack of action on Anfernee Morgan spotlighting my home on 4 different occasions in the dark. But then Sparks' demeaner changes from one of glee over my frustration at my Civil Rights being violated, to one of disdain at me exercising those very Civil Rights. So She goes ahead and violates my Civil Rights and does so TIMES 5 AND IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS!
At this point there are more than 4 cruisers actively shadowing my movements. 7 have showed themselves in less than 45 minutes. As I go away from the park they continue to do so and after I realized the one that almost hit me in the crosswalk, #10 has turned around and is now ahead of me I felt what was coming. I never turned my head back around after heading for the park again, but I could just feel #10 headed for me. I literally ran for my life because these clowns want to put their hands on me at all costs! Following me back to the park, on a cell phone, surely with a supervisor, just begging to be allowed to "teach me a lesson." The day after this, ALL POLICE OFFICER'S INVOLVED HAD THEIR CRUISERS SWITCHED OUT. This I believe was yet another systemic violation of transparency so that officers were less likely to be held accountable even though they aren't to begin with. This was just another way to "muddy the waters."
